License

All music published by WHATFUNK can be used for free. You can use it for commercial and noncommercial purposes. You do not need to ask permission from or provide credit to whatfunk, although it is appreciated when possible.

WHATFUNK grants you an irrevocable, nonexclusive copyright license to download, copy, modify, distribute, perform, and use music from whatfunk for free, including for commercial purposes, without permission from or attributing whatfunk.

You cannot sell or redistribute the music in its original form. This license does not include the right to compile music from WHATFUNK to replicate a similar or competing service. You cannot register the music or derivatives of it with Youtube’s Content ID or any royalty collection service.

You can:

• Use the music for commercial or uncommercial purposes, except the cases mentioned in “You can’t”.
• Use the music without giving attribution.
• Modify the music.

You can’t:

• Redistribute the music in its original form.
• Add the music to a similar or competing service without permission.
• Add the music or derivatives of it to YouTube’s “Content ID” system or any royalty collection service.
